Grant from Duke Brings New Oaks to Pride Park: Thanks to a grant from Duke, the city is planting six new oaks along the concert field at Pride Park. As they grow, they will provide shade for those who come to enjoy summer events on the new concert stage that will be constructed later this spring.  The stage construction is funded by a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant.

Taylor Mill Canned Food Drive

Please join the City of Taylor by participating in the annual Canned Food Drive from November 1st – December 2nd. 

Please consider donating any of the following non-perishable food items to help those in need.

Canned Corn
Canned Green Beans
Boxed Instant Mashed Potatoes
Boxed Macaroni & Cheese Mixes
Cake/Icing and/or Dessert Mixes
Canned Peas
Canned Fruits
Boxed Instant Stuffing Mixes
Gravy Mixes
Bread Mixes

Note- Tax deductible monetary donations towards the cause will also be accepted. Checks can be made payable to the City of Taylor Mill, with reference to the Taylor Mill Food Drive noted on the memorandum line.

All donations can be dropped off at the Taylor Mill Municipal Complex, 5225 Taylor Mill Road, Mon-Fri between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
