Park Place Community Center

Located adjacent to Pride Park, at 5606 Taylor Mill Road, the Park Place Community Center building can be rented for parties, wedding receptions, baby showers, etc. For those with laptops, Park Place is now equipped as a hotspot location.
Rental Rates
In addition to the rental fee there is also a $100.00 security deposit required that is refundable after the building has been checked for damage. Set up is included in the rental fee. Rentals are for an 8 hour period of time, each additional hour (0 - 60 minutes) is $100.00 per hour. All rentals are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Credit cards are not accepted.

Reservation Information
For rental availability, questions and/or concerns, please use the City of Taylor Mill Contact Form or call us during normal business hours at (859) 581-3234. To download the "Park Place Rental Agreement" form, please visit our "Forms" web page. Reservations are made on a "first come, first serve" basis as this facility books up quickly. You can reserve the Park Place Community Center no more than 1 year in advance.
To check availability of Park Place please call our office. On dates that the house is already rented, we can possibly accomodate your rental on the same day if the times do not overlap and there is ample time for our crews to set up for the next party. Please call 581-3234 for information.
